Zwack, Inc. provides full-service custom design, production, and manufacturing at any scale. Working with Fortune 500 and local businesses, we are able to offer service, quality, and response to your personal needs. No job is too big or small as each customer receives our utmost attention. Our 6 acre facility includes a 4,000 square foot machine shop, over 20,000 square feet of production space under overhead crane capacity combinations of 10 and 20 tons and 10,000 square feet of production space under overhead crane capacity of 100 tons. Supporting the manufacturing operations include controlled environments for rotary shot, sandblasting, and paint/epoxy applications. Our engineering suite, business office and conference center, and parts counter are also located within the plant.
Fabrication can entail large steel components with material weight as high as 100 tons. We use flux wire, spray transfer, sub-arc, and conventional stick welding. Zwack, Inc. also fabricates generator components and sub components including large weldments (fabricated or machined) that are supplied to corporation and general vendors on a global basis. Computer, electrical and other technical components are designed and installed by our group of well-trained and certified workforce.
Custom machine building can be machined on large boring mills, planner mills, NC machining centers, and in our standard machine shop equipment. Each component is inspected, assembled with purchased components, and finished per customer specifications. Materials used can include steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, brass, iron, plastics, and a variety of other metals and composites. Products can be finished in our on-site paint shop and are safely packaged and crated or boxed to be available for pick-up, complimentary local delivery, or shipped globally in a matter of days.
Each customer works closely with their customer service representative as well as a group of experienced and quality-driven individuals to ensure their experience is beyond expectations during the consult, design, quotation, assembly, installation, and service of their project. Project updates and support is never more than a prompt phone-call, email, video conference, or site visit away.
